FILM, COPYRIGHTS, and ATTRIBUTION
The photographs produced by STEVE GROVES MEDIAWORKS, LLC are protected by applicable copyright laws (all rights reserved to STEVE GROVES MEDIAWORKS, LLC) and may not be reproduced or altered in any manner without STEVE GROVES MEDIAWORKS, LLC's express written permission. Upon final payment by the CLIENT, limited copyright ownership of the resulting images will be transferred to the CLIENT. STEVE GROVES MEDIAWORKS, LLC grants the CLIENT permission to share low resolution images on social media/networking websites, with family and friends, and on vendor websites as long as the images remain unaltered and credit is expressly given to STEVE GROVES MEDIAWORKS, LLC. Such credit shall state “© Steve Groves MediaWorks, LLC (link to stevegrovesphoto.com, or social account)”. The CLIENT must obtain written permission from STEVE GROVES MEDIAWORKS, LLC prior to publishing or selling the photographs.
MODEL RELEASE
The CLIENT hereby assigns STEVE GROVES MEDIAWORKS, LLC the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the CLIENT or in which the CLIENT may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, educational and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same without restriction. The CLIENT releases all claim to profits that may arise from the use of images.
POST-PRODUCTION AND EDITING
The final post-production and editing styles, effects, and overall look of the images are left to the discretion of the STEVE GROVES MEDIAWORKS, LLC. The CLIENT may not make any alterations to the images without the express written permission from STEVE GROVES MEDIAWORKS, LLC. This includes recoloring, cropping, adding filters, or any other method of altering the images.
